ORANDA HR and has been specially designed for the
restaurant and commercial kitchen. The FORTA HR+ is so
built that as a module it can be perfectly integrated into any kitchen concept.
It achieves a baking capacity of at least 70 kg per hour which equates to about 300 portions of baked fries per hour.
Its mobility also makes it very popular within the catering and event sector. In no time at all you bake large quantities on location.
